Can you ship to my country / PO Box / Hawaii / Alaska / Puerto Rico / APO?
At this time we only offer shipping to a physical street address located in the 48 continental states for free. Other locations please contact us.
How long will it take to get my item?
Currently, all orders are shipped through our west coast warehouses by FedEx & FedEx Ground and can take 3 to 7+ business days to arrive. West coast orders usually arrive within 3 business days.
Do your bouncer’s contain lead?
No our bouncers are lead free made with puncture- proof, heavy- duty 420D Nylon
Warranty
Warranty All inflatables are offered with a 1-year limited warranty on the blower, and 90-days on the bouncer
Return & Exchanges During this time we will replace and/or assist in repairing any items deemed damaged during shipping or defective from the manufacturer. This warranty does not include wear from normal use and/or damage due to incorrect use of the product. Please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance with any Returns or Exchanges, Do not send back any items without prior approval from the Aosom Customer Service or Parts Department.
